If you decide to access the website, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and Our Terms and Conditions of use. Our Policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure, if any, of personal information is very strict and we adhere to the best of practices to guard your personal information with care.

The KCTI reserves its right to modify any part of the content of the website at any time as and when required at its sole discretion. The content of this website should not be displayed or printed in any form in part or whole without the prior approval of the institute. The information provided on this site cannot be copied, modified, published, transmitted or otherwise distributed for commercial purposes without prior permission from the institute authority. Reproduction of any information or material provided on this website, with or without any modification, is prohibited unless, with prior permission of the institute authority and shall amount to violation of copyright and would be deemed an illegal act.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

The Fee/Installment of Fee, once deposited, shall not be refundable/Transferable for any reason whatsoever. Online Transaction charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment. The Fee deposited through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking will normally reach KC Technical Institute account after 1-2 days. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to ensure that fee is deposited well in time. Institute shall not be responsible for any unsettled fee payment due to any reason. Institute also shall not be responsible, if the payment is refused or declined by the Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card supplier for any reason. KC Technical Institute does not warranty the availability of online Fee Payment System every time. Institute will not be responsible for fine exemption if the last day student fee transition fails. We strongly advice to submit the fee through Offline or Online Payment System before the last fee day comes. Please note that any other kind of payments will be done only in institute.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY :

Fees Refund : The Fee/Installment of Fee, once deposited, shall not be refundable/Transferable for any reason whatsoever.

Transaction Charge Refund : Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/reversal/chargeback and any other reasons.

Technical issue : In an unlikely event of any technical fault/any failure of transaction, the money does not reach to KCTI Account even after a successful deduction from the payer’s account, the same (fees) will be refunded to the payer and the corresponding course fees will remain as unpaid. Such refund will be made by the payment gateway provider.

But the payment gateway service clearly mentions the confirmed settlement thereafter the KCTI account receives the payment. We manually submit the payment in our system. It should take 7-10 working days for the payment to be credited in institution’s account.

Multiple Payments Case : In case of double payment, confirmed by the payer’s bank/card issuing authority and payment gateway service clearly mentions it in due time, the institute will refund the payment after the institution’s account receives payment. This should take 7-10 working days for the back payment or excess payment amount (if any) or such extra payment will be adjusted in the other unpaid course fees.

Other Payments Case : In all other cases where there is a discrepancy in the fee paid, the parent has to directly contact the institution and the institution’s decision would be final.
