1. The fee / installment of fee, once deposited, shall not be refundable / transferable for any reason whatsoever.

3. Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.

4. Transaction fee charges would not be refunded / reversed under any circumstances for any refund / reversal / chargeback and any other reasons.

5. In case the payment is does not reach to KC Technical Institute account or not successful due to any reason, even after a successful deduction from the payer's account, the fee amount will be refunded to the payer and the corresponding fee will remain as unpaid. Such refund will be made by the payment gateway provider.
